You have 30 days from delivery to return an item you are not happy with. Unused items in original condition receive a full refund of the merchandise price. Used items may be reviewed case by case.
Email lqs9287@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We reply within two business days. If the return is eligible, we will tell you how to send the item back.
Shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective item.
